啤酒废水厌氧颗粒污泥代谢有机酸产甲烷特征的研究

摘  要:
本文报道了处理啤酒废水6.7m~3容积UASB反应器中厌氧颗粒污泥代谢有机酸的特征。研究发现,颗粒污泥代谢乙酸盐、丙酸盐、丁酸盐的最大比产甲烷速率分别为0.216、0.132、0.083mmol/hr·gvs,其起始抑制浓度分别为42、15、20mM,厌氧污泥颗拉化提高了厌氧污泥耐乙酸能力。试验结果还表明,丙酸对颗粒污泥代谢的抑制作用最为强烈。文章讨论了本研究对UASB工程应用的意义。

摘  要:
Research on fatty acid catabolism of anaerbic granular sludge from a pilot UASB reactor treating brewary wastewater was conducted. The results showed the maximal specific methanogenic rates were 0.216, 0.132, 0.083mmolCH_4/hr·gvs for acitate, propionate and butyrate, respectively. The threshold concentration inhibiting methanogenesis from acetate, propionate and butyrate were 42, 15, 20mM, respectively. The propionate exhibited the severe inhibition at high concentrations. Granulation inhanced acetate catabolism of anaerobic sludge. Discussion of the present research on UASB reactor application is available.
