新生仔猪C性产气荚膜梭菌性腹泻的研究进展

摘  要：
C型产气荚膜梭菌是引起仔猪腹泻的主要细菌性病原菌之一,主要感染7日龄以内的新生仔猪,该菌通过接触感染,引起坏死性肠炎、仔猪腹泻等疾病,影响发病仔猪的生长发育,甚至导致仔猪死亡.近几年C型产气荚膜梭菌的危害日益严重,每年因产气荚膜梭菌感染导致许多动物患病和死亡,给我国乃至世界养猪业带来严重的经济损失.本文主要从C型产气荚膜梭菌的毒素类型、致病机制、防治措施及调控机制等方面就仔猪C型产气荚膜梭菌性腹泻的研究进展进行了综述,以期为将来深入开展相关研究提供参考.

摘  要：
C.perfringens type C is one of the most important bacterial pathogens causing piglet diarrhea.C.perfringens type C mainly infect piglets within 7 days old by touching,and hinder piglets growth and development,even cause death.Recently,for the serious risk,C.perfringens type C leads to many infections and deaths of domestic animals,which results to severe economic loss of the pig industries worldwide.In this review,we provide a comprehensive view of the toxins and pathogenesis of C.perfringens type C,preventive measure and regulation mechanism of C.perfringens type C-induced diarrhea in piglets,and hope to provide references for further researches in the future.
