摘  要：
日本政府贷款吉林省松花江中上游生态建设项目,是我省首次利用外资开展的大规模生态建设工程。本文在考察外省日贷造林管理办法的基础上,结合吉林市一年来的实际工作,探讨总结了日贷造林营林生产管理流程,旨在为今后日元贷款项目的建设提供指导和帮助。

摘  要：
The Japan-loaned afforestation projects in the middle and upper reaches of Songhua River in Jilin,is a large-scale ecological construction project which is firstly launched by using foreign capital in Jilin Province,China.On the basis of investigation of the management measures of Japan-loaned afforestation in other provinces,this paper summarizes the flow of silviculture-production management for the Japan-loaned afforestation projects,with an attempt to provide the instruction and help for the construction of subsequent Japan-loaned projects.
