摘 要：
作者测定了保幼激素类似物ETP即4—[2—(特丁基甲酰氧基)丙氧基]苯甲酸乙酯对苹果小卷叶蛾(Adoxophyes orana)的毒理效应,其作用主要表现在以下两方面:①ETP处理幼虫,使变态异常产生了幼虫一蛹中间体,以不正常蛹等级率为指标的半有效剂量分别为:点滴ED_(50)=29.80μg/头、幼虫饲喂EC_(50)=161.57mg/L、田间喷洒EC_(50)=1075mg/L;②ETP处理幼虫,使雌蛾产卵力明显下降,其半有效剂量分别为:点滴ED_(50)=9.58μg/头、幼虫饲喂EC_(50)=206.7mg/L、田间喷洒EC_(50)=914mg/L。

摘 要：
The toxicity of juvenile hormone analogue ETP, ethyl-4-(2-(tert-butylcar-boxy)-propoxy) benzoate,to smaller apple leaf roller (SAL) Adoxophyes orana Fischer von Roslerstamm was tested. There were two kinds of effects on treated SAL; (1) Deformed individuals intermediate to larva and pupa occurred in the population which larvae were treated with ETP before. In accordance with the abnormal pupa number, the ED50 was 29. 8μg/larva, and EC50 for larval feeding and field spraying were 161. 57mg/L and 1075mg/L respectively. (2) After ETP treatment on larvae, the fertility of females decrease significantly, the ED50 by topical application was 9. 58*g/larva, and EC50 by larval feeding and field spraying were 206. 7mg/L and 914mg/L respectively.
