摘  要：
为促进宝鸡市辣椒增产增收,产业优质高效发展,宝鸡市农业技术推广服务中心辣椒生产专题调研组实施辣椒产业升级攻关,通过示范推广辣椒新品种、新技术,为特色辣椒产业大发展助力。客观总结了宝鸡辣椒产业发展的现状与优势,剖析了制约产业发展的主要瓶颈,从依托新型经营主体、建设辣椒新品种示范基地、开展辣椒实用技术培训、培育适合深加工的辣椒品种、增加产品附加值等方面,提出了宝鸡辣椒产业优质高效发展的思路和建议。

摘  要：
To increase the yield and economic value of pepper and promote the development of pepper industry with high quality and efficiency, the pepper production surveying group of Baoji Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center upgrade the local pepper industry by demonstration and extension of new pepper varieties and technologies. In this paper, the current status and advantages of pepper industry in Baoji were summarized. The major bottlenecks limiting the development of pepper industry were also analyzed. The approaches on promoting the development of pepper industry in Baoji with high quality and efficiency were proposed, such as relying on new operators, constructing new variety demonstration base, training the farmers, breeding new variety suitable for processing, and increasing the added value of chili products.
