易腐垃圾干法厌氧沼气工程工艺运行分析

摘  要:
文章对近1年来厦门市生活垃圾分类处理厂厌氧沼气工程的工艺、生产运行状况进行了分析和汇总,结果表明:水平推流式干法厌氧发酵工艺适合易腐垃圾厌氧消化和沼气生产。该型发酵工艺进料适应性广,易腐垃圾TS 20%~53%,VS 40%~70%均可正常进料;运行固含量20%~28%,运行有机负荷率(OLR)达到12 kg VS·m~(-3)d~(-1);平均容积甲烷产率约3.2 Nm~3·m~(-3)d~(-1),有机质降解率(ηvs)60%~70%,有机干物质甲烷产率平均约300 Nm~3·t~(-1)。确定了易腐垃圾在pH值7.5~8.3,VOA/TAC 0.4~0.6,乙酸含量100~1500 ppm条件下,工艺运行稳定、甲烷产率高。

摘  要:
The performance of dry digestion system treating biodegradable urban waste in Urban Waste Treatment Plant of Xiamen was summarized and analyzed in this paper. The digestion tank was horizontal type with plug-flow characteristics.The result showed that the system could input feedstock with TS content of 20% ~ 53%. And under TS content of 20% ~28%,the organic loading rate( OLR) reached 12 kg VS·m~(-3)d~(-1),the average volumetric biogas production rate P(CH_4)was 3. 2 Nm~3·m~(-3)d~(-1); organic degradation rate(ηvs) were 60% ~ 70%,and the average methane yield reached 300 Nm~3·t~(-1)of dry matter. The evaluation indicators for proper operation were established with pH value of 7. 5 ~ 8. 3,VOA/TAC of 0. 4 ~ 0. 6,and the acetic acid content of 100 ~ 1500 ppm.
