一种山地动力底盘的结构设计及坡道转向动力学分析

摘  要:
针对丘陵山区农业作业环境的复杂性,设计了一种适宜丘陵山区作业的农用动力底盘。针对该动力底盘实际的运行环境,利用经典力学理论建立其坡道转向动力学模型,研究了底盘所受纵向分力对坡道转向性能的影响。研究表明:受纵向分力的影响,前后轮之间产生侧滑力差值,使得实际转向半径大于理论值,为其结构优化及运动控制提供理论依据。

摘  要:
According to the special terrain of hills and mountains,we designed a agricultural power chassis that was suitable for hills and mountains. According to actual operation condition of this power chassis,the paper established the steering dynamic model by using classical mechanics,studied the effect of longitudinal force on the chassis on steering performance on ramp. The research results show that the difference of sideslip force is created between front and rear wheels due to longitudinal force,and then actual steering radius is larger than the theoretical radius,and which can provide a theoretical foundation for its structure optimization and movement control.
