籼稻长穗颈不育系冈46eA(1)选育初报

摘  要:
不育系的包穗现象是制约制种和繁种产量的重要因素之一,选育含eui基因的不包穗或少包穗的不育系是从遗传上根本克服这一不利因素的关键措施。本研究通过辐射诱变保持系冈46B。获含eui1基因的长穗颈保持系冈46eB(1),继而杂交回交育成相应长穗颈不育系冈46eA(1)。冈46eA(1)不仅保持了原不育系冈46A的优良农艺性状,而且能部分解除包穗现象和改良异交特性,并对外源赤霉索更为敏感;其组配的F1与原不育系冈46A组配的相应组合的F1在株高、穗长和穗粒数上略有增加,其他性状上无显著差异。

摘  要:
Panicle enclosed within the sheath of flagleaf in CMS - A lines of hybrid rice is one of the bottle - neck affecting hybrid seed production and CMS- A lines multiplication. Development of CMS- A lines with eui gene is a key measure to resolve it. A cms-A line Gang46eA (1)with eui1 gene was developed from Gang46A and Gang46eB (1) which is a mutant with eui1 gene selected from M2 population of Gang46B treated with r - rays. Gang46eA (1) not only remained most of original agronomic traits of Gang46A, but also partly eliminated its panicle enclosure and improved its combining ability. Moreover, it was more sensitive to GA3 than Gang46A. Hybrids derived from Gang46eA (1) had no significant difference in major agronomic traits to those from Gang46A and had advantage of higher yield potential.
