绢丝昆虫卵黄原蛋白一级结构的特性分析

摘  要:
家蚕、天蚕、蓖麻蚕、柞蚕、野桑蚕、透目天蚕、樟蚕7种绢丝昆虫分别属于鳞翅目的家蚕蛾科和天蚕蛾科的不同属。通过对7种绢丝昆虫卵黄原蛋白一级结构保守序列如信号肽序列、多聚丝氨酸、糖基化位点等的比较和分析,并进一步根据氨基酸的同源性构建了系统树。结果证明了7种绢丝昆虫的卵黄原蛋白的一级结构在进化上具有很好的保守性,其中蓖麻蚕和樗蚕的亲缘关系最近,家蚕蛾科的野桑蚕和天蚕蛾科的樟蚕的亲缘关系最远。

摘  要:
Seven silk insects,Bombyx mori,Antheraea yamamai,Philosamia cynthia ricini,Antheraea pernyi,Bombyx mandarina,Samia cynthia pryeri and Saturnia japonica,belong to different genera of the Bombyx cidae and Saturniidae in Lepidoptera,respectively.Based on the comparison of the conservative primary sequemce of their vitellogenins including signal peptide,polyserine domain,N-linked glycosylation site and so on,high degree conservation of amino acids was found.Phylogenetic tree of the entire amino acid sequence of vitellogenin from the seven silk insects was constructed.The results showed that Philosamia cynthia ricini and Samia cynthia pryeri have the closest relationship,while Bombyx mandarina and Saturnia japonica in two different families have the farest relationship.
