肠道共生微生物与免疫系统的相互作用

摘  要:
肠道共生微生物与机体免疫系统的相互作用机制尚未揭示。肠道共生微生物对哺乳动物的免疫系统有着重要的调节功能,反之哺乳动物的免疫系统在维持肠道共生微生物群稳态方面也发挥着重要作用,以确保宿主正常生理功能得以发挥。文中对肠道共生微生物与免疫系统之间的相互作用及其机制进行综述,以期为肠道微生态与免疫系统发育互作机制的研究提供理论参考。

摘  要:
The interaction mechanism between intestinal symbiotic microorganisms and immune system has not been revealed. Intestinal commensal microorganisms have important regulatory functions on the mammalian immune system. At the same time,the mammalian immune system plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the intestinal symbiotic microbiota to ensure that the normal physiological functions of the host are exerted. In this paper,the interaction between intestinal symbiotic microbes and immune system and its mechanism were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical reference for the study of intestinal microecology and immune system development interaction mechanism.
