围封与放牧对典型草原植被和土壤的影响

摘  要:
1979年开始在内蒙古典型草原进行长期围封和放牧试验,分别在2005年(处理26年)和2010年(处理31年)进行取样,分析生长季植被和土壤对围封和放牧处理的响应。结果表明,围封相对于放牧增加了植物种类。围封增加了地上生物量,放牧处理地上生物量变化不明显。放牧和围封均增加了根系生物量,但放牧处理的效果更加明显。土壤有机质和土壤全氮随土壤深度增加呈现逐步降低的趋势。在0~40cm土层,围封显著提高了土壤有机质含量(P<0.05),自由放牧对土壤有机质影响不显著。土壤全氮在围封和放牧地均得到显著性提高(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
A long term fencing and grazing experiment was carried out in the typical grassland of Inner Mongolia in 1979.Sampled in 2005(26years)and 2010(31years)to analyze the response of vegetation and soil to the fencing and grazing treatment in growing season.The results showed that fencing increased plant species compared to grazing.Fencing increased aboveground biomass,grazing treatment was not obvious.Grazing and fencing increased root biomass,and grazing treatment was more evident.Soil organic matter and total nitrogen content showed a gradually decreased trend with the increase of soil depth.Fencing increased the content of soil organic matter significantly(P<0.05)in the 0~40cm soil layer,but free grazing was not significant(P>0.05).The soil total nitrogen content in the fencing and grazing area were significantly(P<0.05)increased.
