摘 要:
以水产养殖固体废弃物为原料,利用序批式反应器培养生物絮凝体,研究连续曝气和间歇曝气方式对序批式反应器培养生物絮凝体的活性与营养组分的影响。结果表明,间歇曝气方式可抑制序批式反应器中的硝化作用,试验期间亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐平均浓度分别为0.93(±0.26)、0.90(±0.21)mg/L;而连续曝气反应器中,亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐积累较高,试验结束时反应器内亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐浓度分别达到8.68、20.78 mg/L。间歇曝气序批式反应器培养的生物絮凝体中有机氮占总氮比率逐渐上升,平均值为81.85(±1.27)%;连续曝气反应器中有机氮占总氮比率逐渐下降,平均值为61.11(±4.30)%。间歇曝气反应器中生物絮凝体最大蛋白含量为34.38(±0.15)%,连续曝气反应器中最大蛋白含量为28.59(±3.50)%,间歇曝气反应器培养的生物絮凝体的平均粗蛋白含量比连续曝气反应器中高5.85(±0.26)%。

摘 要:
Aquacultural solid waste was used to culture bio-flocs in sequencing batch reactor. Continuous aeration and intermittent aeration modes were set up to study effects of aeration on the activity and nutritional components of bio-flocs in sequencing batch reactor. Results showed that intermittent aeration tended to inhibit the nitrification process with average nitrite concentration of 0.93(±0.26) mg/L and nitrate concentration of 0.90(±0.21) mg/L throughout the experimental period. In continuous aeration treatment, high accumulation of nitrite and nitrate was observed across the trial, the concentrations of nitrite and nitrate were 8.68 mg/L and 20.78 mg/L, respectively, at the end of experiment. The percentage of organic nitrogen to total nitrogen(TON/TN) of bio-flocs increased gradually in intermittent aeration sequencing batch reactor with an average of 81.85(±1.27)%, while a decreasing treand was observed in the continuous aeration group with an average of 61.11(±4.30)%.In intermittent aeration treatment, the maximum concentration of protein content was 34.38(±0.15)% and in continuous aeration sequencing batch reactor, was 28.59(±3.50)%. Average protein content of bio-flocs was 5.85(±0.26)% higher in the intermittent aeration group than that in continuous aeration group.
