不同马铃薯品种脱毒试管苗对早疫病的抗性鉴定

摘  要:
为有效而快速评价不同马铃薯品种对马铃薯早疫病的抗性水平,选取D5、D19、D30、A1、B1、C3的6个马铃薯品种的脱毒试管苗和马铃薯早疫病菌为试验材料,将脱毒试管苗接种马铃薯早疫病菌,调查其生长情况。结果表明,脱毒试管苗接种适当浓度的早疫病孢子囊悬浊液,可判断不同品种的马铃薯试管苗的抗性,其中,B1品种抗病性表现最强。使用孢子悬浊液接种马铃薯脱毒试管苗是可行的,可用于对抗性资源的早期评价。

摘  要:
For the effective and rapid evaluation the potato varieties of early blight resistance level, selecting D5,D19,D30,A1,B1,C3 six varieties of virus-free potato's tube plantlets and potato early blight fungus as experimental material, the virus-free tube plantlets inoculated potato early blight fungus, and investigated its growth. The results showed that the virusfree potato tube plantlets inoculation of the appropriate concentration of early blight sporangium suspension, which could diagnose the resistance of different varieties of potato tube seedlings, and B1 breed showed the strongest disease resistance. The use of virus-free potato tube plantlets inoculated with spore suspension was feasible, which could be used for early evaluation of antagonistic resources.
