黄瓜褐斑病菌毒素的产生及对不同品种的毒性

摘  要:
研究了黄瓜褐斑病菌的产毒条件和其毒素对不同黄瓜品种的毒性,结果表明,在不同的pH值、温度、光照条件及培养天数下所制备的毒素毒力差异显著,该毒素的最佳产毒条件是室温25℃,光照12 h,pH值为6,振荡培养15 d;病菌毒素液对不同黄瓜品种的毒性不同,对津春3号的毒性最强,对中农5号的毒性最弱。

摘  要:
The toxin production of Corynespora cassiicolai Wei and its toxicity to different cucumber varieties were studied in the paper.The results showed that the appropriate conditions for toxin production were pH value 6,temperature 25℃,lightening for 12h/d and continuous shaking culture for 15 days.The toxicity of the pathogen was different to different cucumber varieties.Toxicity was the strongest to Jinchun No 3,while it was the least to Zhongnong No 5.
