摘  要：
After a brief analysis on the role and advantages of provincial academies of agricultural sciences in the development of local agricultural science and technology, some suggestions on giving the full play to the leading role of provincial academies of agricultural sciences were put forward in the paper, such as: 1. adjusting internal administrative mechanism to enhance the creative ability; 2. strengthening the introduction and breeding of suitable hybrids and varieties and studies of practical techniques; 3. promoting the cooperating with other agricultural science and technology services to improve the service to agricultural production and local economy.
