微波辐射相转移催化合成扁桃酸

摘  要:
采用微波辐射技术,以苯甲醛、氯仿为原料,以氢氧化钠为碱剂,四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为相转移催化剂合成了扁桃酸。通过测熔点和IR分析对产物进行了表征。采用单因素实验法研究了反应物的摩尔配比、微波辐射功率、辐射时间、反应温度、催化剂用量等对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明:当苯甲醛、氯仿、氢氧化钠、四丁基溴化铵的摩尔比为1∶1.89∶6.38∶0.05,微波辐射功率500W、反应时间15min、反应温度60℃时,扁桃酸的收率可达87.9%。

摘  要:
Mandelic acid is synthsized from benzaldehyde and chloroform under microwave irradiation using sodium hydroxide as alkali agent, TBAB as phase transfer catalyst. Structures of products were identified by means of micro-melting point measuring instrument and IR spectra. By a single factor test, effects of reactants ratio, microwave power, irradiation time, reaction temperature and catalyst dosage etc. on reaction were studied. Optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: n(benzaldehyde): n(chloroform): n(sodium hydroxide): n(TBAB) =1:1.89:6.38:0.05, microwave irradiation power 500 W, the irradiation time 15 min, reaction temperature 60 °C. Yield of mandelic acid can reach 87.9%.
