碱水热处理对毛竹材表面视觉性质的影响

摘 要:
通过正交试验研究了不同碱水热处理条件对毛竹材表面材色的影响规律。结果表明,NaOH浓度对明度(ΔL~*)、色调(ΔH)、色饱和度(ΔC)和综合色差(ΔE*)的影响最为显著。随着NaOH浓度和浸渍温度的增加,毛竹试样的明度以及色饱和度都呈下降的趋势,毛竹试样红黄(橙色)色调值呈不断上升的趋势,综合色差值逐渐增大。随着浸渍时间的增加,明度下降,色调值以及色饱和度值变化不明显,综合色差值增大。研究结果为碱水热处理对毛竹材表面视觉性质的综合评价及其加工利用提供了理论依据。

摘 要:
Effects of different alkaline hydrothermal pretreatment conditions on the surface color of Phyllostachy pubescens were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of NaOH had the most remarkable effects on the brightness(ΔL*),tonal value(ΔH),color saturation(ΔC)and integrated color difference value(ΔE*).With the increase of NaOH concentration and impregnating temperature,the brightness and color saturation decreased,the yellow-red tonal value showed a rising trend,integrated color difference value increased gradually.With the increase of impregnation time,brightness decreased,tonal value and color saturation changes were not obvious,integrated color difference value increased.These results could provide a theoretical guidence for the comprehensive evaluation of visual properties of P.heterocyclacv.pubescens surface by alkaline hydrothermal pretreatment,selection and utilization.
