摘要：

东莞市动物卫生监督所启动动物卫生风险评估工作,利用信息化手段,建立了基于监管对象风险等级的分级管理制度;利用移动互联网技术,实现了个性化的日常巡查和现场快捷信息采集与上传,有效提高了工作效率,降低了行政成本,提升了动物卫生的风险控制能力和监督管理水平。

摘要：

In this paper,animal health risk assessment of Dongguan Animal Health Supervision Institute was described. A hierarchical management system was established based on supervision object risk grades by means of information technology to realize routine tour inspection system and rapid field data collection and uploading by making full use of the latest mobile internet technology,so as to raise work efficiency,reduce the administrative cost and up-grade animal health risk control ability and supervision management level effectively.
