微波预处理甘蔗渣乙二醇液化工艺的优化

摘  要:
利用单因素试验和正交试验方法考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、乙二醇与甘蔗渣液固比及微波处理时间等因素对甘蔗渣乙二醇液化效果的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺为催化剂用量6%,反应温度170℃,反应时间150 min,乙二醇与甘蔗渣液固比10:1,微波预处理时间4 min。在此条件下,甘蔗渣液化率可达92.80%。

摘  要:
Single factor test and orthogonal test were employed to study the effects of various factors on bagasse ethylene glycol liquefaction,including catalyst dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,liquid to solid ratio of ethylene glycol and bagasse,microwave processing time.The results showed that the optimal liquefaction technology was as follows,catalyst dosage 6%,reaction temperature 170 ℃,reaction time 150 min,liquid to solid ratio of ethylene glycol and bagasse 10∶1,microwave processing time 4 min.Under the optimal liquefaction conditions,the bagasse liquefied rate was 92.80%.
