不同毒力新城疫病毒在鸡体内的分布

摘  要：
为研究禽产品携带新城疫病毒的情况 ,给一日龄雏鸡脑内接种不同毒力新城疫病毒 ,无菌采取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、骨髓、气管、肌胃和腺胃、肠道、爪、腿部肌肉、翅膀、皮肤、粪便 ,进行新城疫病毒的分离。结果表明 ,不同毒力的新城疫毒株在鸡体内的分布是不同的 ,即从新城疫参考强毒株、中毒株接种雏鸡的组织器官中回收到的病毒比参考弱毒株接种雏鸡回收到的病毒多。对禽产品、粪拭子进行病原分离是口岸检验检疫部门对ND实施监控的二个重要环节和有效手段。

摘  要：
The virus distribution in organs of 1 day old ch ickens intracerebrally inoculated with reference isolates of three pathotype Ne wcastle disease viruses was examined by isolation of viruses from various organ s, including heart, liver, spleen,lung,kidney,brain,bone marrow,trachea,proventr iculus, intestine, paw, muscle, wing,skin and faeces. The results showed that mo re viruses were recovered from organs of chickens infected with velogenic and me sogenic strains of NDV than those infected with lentogenic strain. Virus isolati on of poultry product and faeces was the important link and effective means to s urvey and control the epidemic of ND.
