黄瓜基因及其连锁研究进展

摘  要:
介绍了黄瓜基因及其连锁研究的主要进展。根据标记类型的不同,将黄瓜基因分为形态学基因、同工酶基因和分子标记基因;阐述了各类基因在现有连锁图上的连锁关系;对现有连锁组的完整性、图谱的饱和性、增加图谱饱和性的必要性和可能性、连锁基因的实际用途以及标记辅助选择进行了综合评价。

摘  要:
The principal advance in the field of genes and their linkage in cucumber were reviewed in this paper. According to the markers, cucumber genes were divided into morphological genes, isozyme and molecular marker genes. The linkage relationships of different kinds of genes on the present maps were also explained. Integrity of linkage group, the degree of map saturation, necessity and possibility to improve map saturation, practical use of linkage gene and marker assisted selection in cucumber are comprehensively discussed.
