摘  要：
中德合作云南省I期造林项目于 1995年启动 ,项目区包括滇东北 3个地州市的 6个县。 1997年由西南林学院计算中心完成了“中德合作造林项目数据管理系统” ,并于 1998年投入应用。通过几年的应用 ,发现存在许多问题 ,据此 ,对该数据管理系统进行了改进 ,其思路是 :引入地理信息系统 (GIS) ,并制作了管理系统过程图、数据流向图。改进后的GIS监测和管理系统除具备原有功能外 ,还具备直观、双向查询的优点 ;可以输出图形、表格 ,还能制作造林项目专题图 ;实现动态监测

摘  要：
Sino_Germany Cooperation Reforestation Project of Yunnan Province, China ( Phase I ) started in year 1995. The project covered 6 counties of 3 prefectures. The computer center of Southwest Forestry College accomplished the data management system of Sino_Germany cooperation refo_ restation project of Yunnan province in 1997, and it was put into use since year 1998. The data ma_ nagement system has been used for several years, and some problems were found. Some measures to improve the system were put forward, such as introducing GIS, working out the flow chart of the management system and the flow chart of data. The management system after improving, in spite of the previous functions, increased the advantages of intuitionistic, and could be bidirectional inquired. Using the improved system, the exporting of figures and charts, the working_out of theme graphs of reforestation project and the dynamic monitoring the project could be achieved.
