南疆特色林果业政策性保险发展研究

摘  要：
特色林果业是南疆地区的主导产业,目前产业规模迅速扩大,成为南疆地区优势突出、特色鲜明、市场前景广阔且大力扶持的产业。通过深入调研发现南疆林果业规模逐步扩大,产业链逐步完善,但仍存在中央财政投入不足、农户保险意识淡薄、专业定损核损人员经验不足等问题,并提出增加政策倾斜力度,提高政府公信力,提高理赔、定损人员专业知识等发展措施。

摘  要：
The characteristic forest and fruit industry is the leading industry in the southern Xinjiang area.At present, the scale of industry expands rapidly and becomes the industry with outstanding advantages,distinctive characteristics, broad market prospect and strong support in the southern Xinjiang area. Through in-depth investigation, it was found that the scale of forest and fruit industry in southern Xinjiang was gradually expanding and the industrial chain was gradually improving, but there were still some problems, such as insufficient central financial input, weak insurance consciousness of farmers, lack of experience of professional determining and checking loss personnel, etc.. Then the authors put forward some development measures, such as increasing the policy inclination, improving the credibility of the government, improving the professional knowledge of personnel about settlement of claims and injured determination.
