山东省寿光市蔬菜种植区土壤原生动物研究

摘  要:
采用三级十倍环式稀释法,对山东省寿光市郊区土壤中原生动物丰度进行了分析,研究了土壤类型、含水量、无机元素、重金属元素与原生动物丰度的关系。结果表明,土壤原生动物丰度与含水量的变化呈正相关,与总氮、总磷、总硫、总氟含量的变化呈负相关,与大多数重金属元素含量呈负相关。

摘  要:
The abundance of soil protozoa in vegetable field of Shouguang City,Shandong Province was analyzed by the three level ten-fold dilution method.Its relation with soil mositure,inorganic elements and heavy metal elements were also analyzed.The results showed that the abundance of soil protozoa had positive correlation with the water mositure but negative correlation with the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total sulphur,total fluorine and most of heavy metals.
