细菌β-甘露聚糖酶研究进展

摘  要:
甘露聚糖酶是能水解任意β-1,4-糖苷键的内切水解酶,广泛存在于动植物和微生物中。为了研究细菌甘露聚糖酶相对于其他来源甘露聚糖酶的优点,本研究从细菌甘露聚糖酶的酶学性质、分子生物学研究及其饲料应用等方面进行综述。细菌甘露聚糖酶具有分子量小,发酵成本低,周期短,容易提取,最适反应pH值和温度的耐受区间都更宽泛等优势。因此,细菌甘露聚糖酶广泛应用于饲料,食品,石油开采,造纸等领域中。

摘  要:
Mannanase is an endohydrolase which is able to hydrolyze anyβ-1,4-glycosidic linker, and it widely exists in plants,animals and microorganisms.In order to investigate the advantages of bacterial mannanase compared with other sources of mannanase,the enzymatic properties,molecular biology of bacterial mannanase and its application in forage were summarized in this paper.The bacterial mannanase had the advantages of small molecular weight,low fermentation cost,short period of fermentation,easy to extraction, and broad tolerance reaction range of the optimal reaction pH value and temperature.Therefore,bacterial mannanase is widely used in forage,food,oil exploitation,paper-making and other fields.
