热风干燥装置设计与试验

摘  要:
根据果品干燥特性和热风干燥原理及特点,在分析热风干燥工艺基础上,完成了燃煤热风炉、挡风板和控制系统等主要工作部件及整机的热风干燥装置结构设计,并进行了试验。试验结果表明:将挡风板垂直安装,宽度分别为5、7、10、12cm,距隔板距离分别为0.9、1.9、3.8、5.7m时,干燥室内的风速比较均匀,此时在A面测得各风道处风速在1.5~1.53m/s的范围内变化。同时,以杏子为研究对象进行干燥试验,将杏子湿基含水率降到15%以下需要64 h,干燥室内干燥不均匀度小于3%,符合结构设计要求。

摘  要:
According to the characteristics of fruit and principle of hot air drying,the drying process is analysised. The main working parts,such as coal stove,wind deflector and circuit control system,and whole drying equipment are designed and a test is carried out. Experimental results show that the wind deflector installs vertically,the width are 5,7,10,and 12 cm,distance from the wall plate are 0. 9,1. 9,3. 8,and 5. 7 m,the wind speed is relative evenly,and the wind speed is from 1. 5 to 1. 53 m / s on a- side. Apricot is dried by this equipment. It is 64 hours when the apricot moisture content on wet basis is below 15%. Dry no- uniformity is less than 3% in dry room. It is meet the requirements of structural design.
