近63年大连市农作物生长季降水变化及旱涝分析

摘  要:
为了服务"三农"及粮食生产安全,建立农业气象灾害预警平台,采用大连市1951-2013年降水和气温资料,运用气候诊断分析方法、水平衡及旱涝指数方法,研究农作物生长季降水变化及旱涝特征。结果表明,大连市4-10月农作物生长季降水量呈减少趋势,其中,春季降水有所增加,夏秋季则减少;农业需水量呈明显增加趋势;旱涝指数呈减小趋势,气候湿润度下降。春季、秋季以干旱为主,重旱频率分别为28.6%、42.9%;夏季以涝为主,重涝频率为23.8%;农作物生长季中旱、重旱频率为23.8%,中涝、重涝频率为14.3%。大连市旱涝灾害同时存在,对农业生产影响较大,建立农业气象灾害预警机制及信息共享平台非常必要。

摘  要:
In order to serve the agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and build agro-meteorological disasters warning platform,with the precipitation and temperature materials during 1951 to 2013 in Dalian and by using climate diagnosis analysis method,water balance and drought and flood index method,research was made on precipitation variation, drought and flood characteristics in the growing season. The results showed that precipitation displayed a decreasing tendency in April to October, during which precipitation increased in spring and decreased in summer and autumn. Agricultural water consumption displayed an increasing tendency; the drought and flood index displayed a decreasing tendency and the wettability decreased.Drought mainly happened in spring and autumn and the frequency of heavy level was 28.6%,42.9% respectively. Flood happened in summer and the frequency of heavy level was 23.8%. During the growing season,the drought probability of medium and heavy level was 23.8%,and the flood probability of medium and heavy level was 14.3%. As the drought and flood existed at the same time in Dalian,it had a great influence on agricultural production. Hence,it is necessary to build cultural weather disaster warning mechanism and information sharing platform.
