从农技推广到知识传播:农业标准化作用的新视角——以浙江省农业标准化为例

摘  要：
农技推广中农户需要的是集技术、管理和经营能力为一体的农业知识体系,传统的农技推广方式由于存在诸多问题而无法满足这一要求,而农业标准化则是这种知识体系的最佳载体。本文基于这种认识,提出构建旨在促进学习和推广农业标准、以农业专业组织为核心、以农业标准化为纽带的农业合作组织,并指出了其学习型组织的性质和功能定位;同时结合浙江省农业标准化的实施,分析了包括标准的网络效应、农业标准模式图、农业标准认证和农业标准化示范在内的知识传播手段,并提出了提高该学习型组织知识吸收能力的外部保障机制。

摘  要：
What the peasant households require indeed is agriculture knowledge system,which is combined with technology,management and business during Chinese agriculture technology extension,while traditional agriculture technology extension style with many lacunas cannot meet this demand. Agriculture standardization is the optimal carrier of this knowledge system. Based on this understanding,this article proposes to build agriculture cooperative associations with agriculture specialized organizations as the core and agricultural standardization as the link to promote learning and popularizing agricultural standard,pointing out its nature of learning organization. Knowledge dissemination means including network effect of agricultural standards,agricultural standard schema graphs and agricultural standard certifications as well as the external guarantee mechanism to promote the absorptive capacities of the learning organizations is also analyzed with the example of Zhejiang agricultural standardization work.
