摘  要：
农业现代化是经济欠发达地区农业发展的必然选择。为此,以宿迁市的农业发展为视角,在分析经济欠发达地区农业现代化制约因素的基础上,从更新发展理念、加强基础设施建设、加快农业结构调整、推进农业产业化、加快科技创新和培养新型农民等角度,探讨了经济欠发达地区实现农业现代化的主要路径。

摘  要：
Agricultural modernization is the inevitable choice for the Under-developed Areas.From the angle of agricultural development and its restricting factors in Suqian of Jiangsu,this thesis aims at the further discussion on the main path selection and the strategies of the agricultural modernization in under-developed areas which deals with idea renewal,reinforcing infrastructure,agricultural structural adjustment,agriculture industrialization,accelerating the agricultural innovation of science and technology,cultivating high-quality new peasants and so on.
