摘  要：
Present situation of land desertification and necessiry of controlling entironment were expatiated.Based on the significance of green life(forest and pasture) to regulating weather and improving entironment,aiming at overgraxing and unreasonable reclamation existing widely in Inner Mongolia,countermeasure and suggestion were put forward for controlling entironment in Inner Mongolia.
