探索大数据时代海洋战略性新兴产业竞争情报服务平台的构建工作,希冀对海洋战略性新兴产业开展竞争情报工作有一定的借鉴作用。文章研究海洋战略性新兴产业竞争情报服务平台的总体框架模型,并对其子系统进行了分析。该平台可以为海洋战略性产业的发展提供决策支持作用,从而保障海洋战略性新兴产业进一步发展。

This paper analyzed the construction of competitive intelligence service platform for marine strategic emerging industries in the era of big data to provide some reference for the competitive intelligence work of marine strategic emerging industries. It researched on the overall framework model of this platform, and analyzed its subsystems. This platform can provide strategic decision-making support for the development of marine strategic industries, thus ensuring its further development.
