灰树花菇房温度监测及其测点布置研究

摘 要:
为避免灰树花畸形菇的形成,设计灰树花菇房温度监测系统。运用ANSYS FLUENT分析软件仿真模拟了菇房内的温度分布,指导灰树花菇房温度监测系统的监测点布置。通过比较理论值和试验值,得到T检验中的p值0.10大于0.05,说明二者差异很小,验证菇房多点温度监测系统的可靠性。对温度传感器安装位置进行优化,保证温度监测数据的正确性。

摘 要:
In order to avoid the formation of deformity maitake mushroom,temperature monitoring system of maitake mushroom cultivating house was designed.The temperature distribution of maitake mushroom cultivating house was gathered by using the ANSYS FLUENT software.Therefore,the measuring point placement of maitake mushroom cultivating house was guided.The reliability of the temperature monitoring system was verified consequently by comparing the theoretical data and experimental data.The pvalue is 0.10 which is greater than 0.05 by T Test,it shows that the difference between the theoretical data and experimental data is very small.At the same time,optimizing the installation location of the temperature transmitter can ensure the correctness of the temperature monitoring data.
