大赖草染色体对小麦种子耐盐性的影响

摘  要:
以中国春和普通小麦-大赖草(Triticum aestivum-Leymus racemosus)异附加系DA5Lr、DA7Lr、AddLr11″、AddLr2″DA7Lr#1S和DA5Lr#1L为试材,研究了NaCl对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,它们的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长、单株鲜重、单株干重及胚芽鞘相对生长率均受到抑制,而DA7Lr材料受抑制程度明显低于其他材料。在100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,DA7Lr的种子发芽率下降率、发芽势下降率、发芽指数下降率、活力指数下降率和芽长下降率分别为22.92%、16.28%、57.38%、69.39%和25.54%,分别低于中国春种子32.64、49.78、23.25、4.31和10.66个百分点;100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫48h,DA7Lr种子胚芽鞘相对生长率为0.267 mm/h,比中国春提高117.1%;100 mmolNaCl胁迫下,第九天调查结果,DA7Lr幼苗单株鲜、干重分别为76.4 mg和10.6 mg,分别比中国春增加7.1%和82.8%,表现出了较高的耐盐性。

摘  要:
The effects of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedlings growth were studied,using Chinese Spring, Triticum aestivum-Leymus racemosus heterochromosome lines such as DA5 Lr,DA7Lr,AddLr11″,AddLr2″,DA7Lr#1S and DA5Lr#1L as materials. Results showed that germination rate,germination potential,germination index, activity index,bud length, per plant fresh weight, per plant dry weight and relative growth rate of coleoptile were inhibited,and The inhibitory degree of DA7 Lr is obviously lower than other materials. Under salt stress by 100 mmol/L NaCl, The decline rate of germination rate,germination potential,germination index, activity index and bud length of DA7 Lr seed was 22.92%,16.28%,57.38%,69.39% and 25.54%respectively,and compared to Chinese Spring, these decline rate declined 32.64,49.78,23.25,4.31 and 10.66 percentage points, respectively. Under salt stress after 48 h, the relative growth rate of coleoptile was 0.267 mm/h,and the increasing rate of that compared to Chinese Spring was 117.1%. Under salt stress after 9d, per plant fresh weight and per plant dry weight of DA7 Lr was 76.4mg and 10.6mg respectively, the increasing rate of that compared to Chinese Spring was 7.1% and 82.8%rspectively. DA7 Lr have high salt tolerance characters of seedlings.
