摘 要：
针对某厂抗生素发酵过程控制的实际状况,设计了基于HC900控制器和组态软件的抗生素发酵过程控制系统。该控制系统采用HC900系列控制器C70R及其I/O模块组成下位机,上位机采用工控机+iFIX组态软件,对采集的数据进行集中管理和实时监控。分别设计了温度、补料、pH、罐压、溶解氧和消泡的控制方法。此系统提高了抗生素发酵过程控制系统的控制精度和可靠性。

摘 要：
Aim at actual situation of the process control in the antibiotic fermentation at a plant,the control system of antibiotic fermentation process based on HC900 controller and configuration software was put forward,lower processor was composed by controller C70R series of HC900 and its I/O module in that control system,moreover,centralized management and real-time monitoring of collected data were carried out through the upper processor that adopted industrial computer and iFIX configuration software.For temperature control,fill material control,pressure control,the control of foaming and DO control of the fermentor,pH control were respectively designed.The system showed that the control precision and the reliability of the control system of the antibiotic fermentation process both have been improved.
