小麦品种对绿麦隆反应敏感性的遗传研究

摘  要:
本研究以对绿麦隆反应敏感的苏麦3号、望水白及宁7840和不敏感的宁麦6号及扬麦5号五个小麦品种为亲本,在冷温室内、在有效用药量为0.15克/米~2的条件下,观察了绿麦隆对亲本、F_1及部分 F_2和回交后代苗期表现的影响。结果表明,对绿麦隆反应的敏感性的差异受一对基因控制,敏感为隐性,不敏感为显性。建议把苏麦3号和望水白中的同质敏感基因符号暂定名为 cht。并指出通过常规育种手段选育耐绿麦隆的小麦新品种并不十分困难。

摘  要:
Three wheat cultivars sensitive to chlorotoluron,Sumai No.3,Wangshuibai andNing 7840,and two tolerent ones,Ningmai No.6 and Yangmai No.5,as well astheir F1s and some F2s and backcross generations were studied to determine the inher-itance of chlorotoluron sensitivity.The herbicide was sprayed at a rate of 0.15g/m~2,which is about 1.5 times the recommended dosage.Based on the response of individual plant to chlorotoluron,the data gave goodevidence that the differential response to chlorotoluron in the cultivars involved wascontrolled by a major gene locus,with the tolerent allele dominant and the suscepti-ble one recessive.The gene symbol cht is suggested for the homogenous susceptibleallele in Sumai No.3 and Wangshuibai.The simple inheritance of chlorotoluron sensi-tivity indicates that it is not difficult to develop new chlorotoluron tolerent wheatcultivars with the conventional breeding procedures.
