钢渣混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁抗弯性能试验对比研究

摘  要:
用钢渣、矿渣替代普通混凝土中的石子、砂子来制作钢渣混凝土适筋梁,制作的梁成型脱模后在室温下养护28d,通过简支梁纯弯试验对比钢渣混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁的抗弯强度,得出钢渣混凝土梁的抗弯强度是普通混凝土梁抗弯强度的3倍。试验证明,钢渣混凝土梁可以用于实际工程并替代普通混凝土梁,一方面可以解决钢渣、矿渣堆放对环境的污染和土地的浪费,另一方面可以使工业废渣资源循环再利用。

摘  要:
The beams made of gravel,sand of ordinary concrete substituted for industrial waste slag and slag instead of ordinary concrete were cured for 28 dat room temperature.According to simple supported beam contrast pure bending test was conducted to compare flexural strength of steel slag concrete beams with that of ordinary concrete beam.It was found that flexural strength of steel slag concrete beam was3 times that of ordinary concrete beam.The test proves that slag concrete beam can be used as the actual project and substitute for ordinary concrete beams;On the one hand,it can save land and avoid environment pollution;and on the other hand,it can make industrial waste resource recycling.
