摘 要:
该试验应用动态顶空吸附法收集羽叶栾树花气味,结合应用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分离鉴定其化学成分,采用离子流峰面积归一化法计算花气味中各挥发物组分的成分。结果共检测出14个组分化合物,主要物质为α-蒎烯(80.69%),β-蒎烯(5.56%),月桂烯(2.81%),对二甲苯(1.74%),(3E)-4,8-二甲基壬-1,3,7-三烯(1.13%)。

摘 要:
In this study,the dynamic headspace adsorption technique were used to collect the floral ccent in Koelreuteriabipinnata,gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used for the detection and identification of volatile chemical components in Koelreuteriabipinnata.the results show that there are 15 compounds. Themain compounds are:α-Pinene(80.69%),β-pinene(5.56%),β-myrcene(2.81%),1,4-Xylene(1.74%),(E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene(1.13%).
