摘  要：
This paper described the generation,development and main features of Lib2.0.It also further studied and discussed the knowledge service innovation under the environment of Lib2.0.A few questions that need to be focused on such as notion,talent,knowledge and coordination in the process of library construction and development had been put forward.In addition,the principle of service-oriented,knowledge respect,cooperation strengthening and popularization of new technology should be encouraged.
