浸浴硝唑尼特对刺激隐核虫的驱虫效果

摘  要:
【目的】明确浸浴硝唑尼特(NTZ)对刺激隐核虫的驱虫效果,为其在水产养殖中的推广应用提供参考依据。【方法】将NTZ溶于二甲亚砜(DMSO)制成溶液,探讨NTZ对刺激隐核虫感染幼虫和滋养体的驱虫效果,并分析药物浓度、日换水量、硫酸铜(Cu SO4)和渗透剂对其驱除刺激隐核虫滋养体的影响。【结果】NTZ对刺激隐核虫感染幼虫的杀灭作用随药物浓度的升高而逐渐提高,至20.0μg/L时刺激隐核虫感染幼虫的死亡率达97.33%。经1.0 g/m3 NTZ浸浴72 h后,患病大黄鱼的刺激隐核虫滋养体完全脱落;NTZ与Cu SO4配伍能有效提高药物对刺激隐核虫滋养体的驱除效果,以NTZ 1.2 g/m3+Cu SO40.5 g/m3浸浴72 h后患病大黄鱼体表和鳃部均无刺激隐核虫滋养体寄生,病鱼存活率达100.00%;渗透剂氮酮和换水方式与NTZ驱除刺激隐核虫滋养体的效果无相关性。【结论】NTZ浸浴鱼体能有效驱杀刺激隐核虫滋养体,尤其与Cu SO4配伍可有效提高药物对刺激隐核虫滋养体的驱除效果,生产中建议使用剂量为NTZ 1.2 g/m~3+Cu SO_40.5 g/m~3。

摘  要:
【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to determine antiscolic effect of nitazoxanide(NTZ) on Cryptocaryon irritans Brown by immersion bath method, in order to provide reference for popularization and application of NTZ in aquaculture. 【Method】The NTZ was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO), then used to study antiscolic effect on larvae and trophozoite of C. irritans by immersion bath. And the influence of NTZ concentration, exchanged water quantity, Cu SO4 and penetrant on antiscolic effect of NTZ was analysed. 【Result】The results showed that, the antiscolic effect of NTZ on C. irritans larvae was gradually increased with the increase of NTZ concentration, and the mortality of C. irritans larvae was 97.33% when NTZ concentration was 20.0 g/L. In addition, C. irritans trophozoites were detached completely from diseased Pseudosciaena crocea after being immersed in 1.0 g/m3 NTZ solution for 72 h. And NTZ and Cu SO4 combination could improve effectively antiscolic effect on C. irritans trophozoites, and C. irritans trophozoite was undetected from the surface and gill of diseased P. crocea after being immersed in NTZ 1.2 g/m3+Cu SO40.5 g/m3 solution for 72 h, and the survival rate of diseased fish was 100.00%. Furthermore, the penetrant azone and water exchange model had no relation with antiscolic effect of NTZ on C. irritans trophozoite. 【Conclusion】Immersing fish in NTZ can expel and kill C. irritans trophozoites effectively, especially combining NTZ with Cu SO4 can effectively improve antiscolic effect of NTZ on C. irritans trophozoite, and the recommended doses of NTZ and Cu SO4 in the actual production were 1.2 and 0.5 g/m3, repectively.
