摘 要：
对通海县秀山县级自然保护区的资源现状及管理现状进行了调查,分析了影响和制约保护区建设存在的问题,从加强管理体制建设、综合协调各职能部门工作、完善保护区机构建设、提升科研水平、加强基础设施及设备建设、带动周边社区经济发展、加大宣传力度、加强各部门联动机制等方面提出了相应的建议,以期提供参考。

Based on the investigation of the resource status and management status of Xiushan County-Level Nature Reserve in Tonghai County,this paper objectively analyzes the existing problems which influence and restrict the construction of the nature reserve,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for discussion.
