珠母贝浮游幼虫饵料的研究

摘  要:
研究了湛江等鞭金藻、等鞭金藻OA-3011、亚心形扁藻、小球藻、绿色巴夫藻、面包酵母、光合细菌单独及多种混合投喂对珠母贝浮游幼虫生长、存活和变态的影响。结果表明:单独投喂时湛江等鞭金藻、等鞭金藻OA-3011效果最好,幼虫壳长93μm时可投喂亚心形扁藻,小球藻、绿色巴夫藻、面包酵母、光合细菌不宜单独投喂;直线铰合期、壳顶幼虫的最适日投饵量扁藻为2400cell/mL和5000cell/mL,湛江等鞭金藻为3000cell/mL和5500cell/mL,光合细菌为10000cell/mL和15000cell/mL湛江等鞭金藻、亚心形扁藻、光合细菌和绿色巴夫藻混合投喂对浮游幼虫生长、存活和变态有显著提高,出现壳初、眼点、附着和变态时间显著缩短。

摘  要:
Isochrysis zhanjiangensis, Isochrysis galbana, Platymonas subcordiformis, Chlorella sp. , Pavlova viridis, yeast , PSB and mixed microalgae were fed to larvae of Pentad margaritifera Linnaeus in order to discuss growth and survival and metamorphosis of the larvae. Growth of larvae fed Isochrysis zhanjiangensis or Isochrysis galbana alone was significantly greater than that of larvae fed other five species (Platymonas, Chlorella sp., Pavlova, yeast, PSB) alone as diet and survival of larvae was significantly higher too. D-stage larva was not fed Platymonas unless it's size was 93 μm. The optimal food density of D-stage larvae and umbo larvae fed Platymonas was 2 400 cell/mL and 5 000 cell/mL,respectively; Isochrysis zhanjiangensis was 3 000 cell/mL and 5 500 cell/mL, respectively. PSB was 10 000 cell/mL and 15 000 ell/mL,respectively. Either growth rate, or survival,or metamorphosis rate of larvae fed mixture of Isochrysis zhanjiangensis, Platymonas,PSB and Pavlova was significantly greater than that of larvae fed the other diet. The time every-stage larva developed was shorter than that of larvae fed other diets.
