竹粉氯氧镁水泥混合物的水化特性及抗折抗压强度的研究

摘 要:
以毛竹的竹青、竹肉、竹黄、竹节为原料,利用热导式测试仪研究了竹粉氯氧镁水泥混合物24 h内水化历程和水化放热特性,并且测试了混合物试样的抗折抗压强度。结果表明:掺入不同竹粉的氯氧镁水泥试样的水化历程可划分为四个阶段;竹节、竹青、竹肉、竹黄和混合粉的掺入,均延长了诱导期持续的时间;掺入竹节、竹肉、竹黄和混合粉的氯氧镁水泥试样24 h内的累计水化放热总量比纯氯氧镁水泥低,掺入竹青粉的氯氧镁水泥试样24 h内的累计水化放热总量比纯氯氧镁水泥高;掺入不同竹粉的氯氧镁水泥混合材料的抗折和抗压强度与纯氯氧镁水泥相比都有所提高。

摘 要:
The hydration process and its characteristics of magnesium oxychloride cement mixture containing bamboo powder during 24 hours were studied,its flexural and compressive strength were tested as well.The results showed that the hydration process of the sample containing different types of bamboo powder during 24 hours can be divided into four periods.The presence of bamboo node powder,external wall powder,the middle-layer wall powder,the internal bamboo wall powder and the mixed powder all extended the induction period.The presence of bamboo node powder,the middle-layer bamboo wall powder,the internal bamboo wall powder and the mixed powder decreased exothermic amount.The presence of the external bamboo wall powder increased exothermic amount.The presence of various bamboo powders increased the flexural and compressive strength of the magnesium oxychloride cement.
