摘  要：
The paper has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of latest common Chinese periodical shelving method in the university library,and introduced a scientific,practical and simple nimble method of "Classified number + Chinese pinyin phonetic order of periodical name(not marked on the call number + sequence number" for the arrangement of the latest Chinese periodical.
