记忆型喷灌控制阀的研制

摘  要:
为了适应喷灌系统自动化控制,设计了一种记忆型喷灌控制阀,并阐明了该阀的总体结构及压力调节控制、水量测量和自动控制三大核心部件的工作原理,设计方法,并进行了相关试验。试验结果表明,在喷灌支管为76mm,流量为20~60m3,工作压力0.2~0.5MPa的情况下,调压器30s内实现稳压,压力最大偏差小于0.01MPa,流量误差5%以内,并可将灌溉历时、灌溉流量和水量等数据进行信息自动采集、保存与传输,实现了喷灌系统的网络化和智能化控制。

摘  要:
In order to meet the requirement of automatic control for sprinkler irrigation systems,an intelligent valve was designed.The overall structure and the working principle of three core parts of a regulated Diaphragm valve,including pressure regulation device,measure of water devices,and automatic control device,were described.The performance experiment was conducted.The results showed that when the branch pipe was76mm,the flow was 20~60m3/h,and flow working pressure was 0.2~0.5MPa,the valve reach set pressure within 30 seconds,the deviation of pressure was less than 0.01 MPa,and the max deviation of flow was5%.The information of time,flow rate and water quantity for irrigation can be automatically collected,stored and transmitted through network.
