农村社区水资源管理模式探讨——以贵州大井村为例

摘  要：
针对目前农村社区尤其是以喀斯特地貌为主的农村社区的水资源管理矛盾日益加剧的问题,应用以社区为基础的自然资源管理(Community-based Natural Resource Management,CBNRM)方法初步构建了贵州省大井村水资源管理模式。预期这个模式可以改变农村社区居民对水资源的使用量超过其正常的生物承载量阈值与使用方式不合理的现状,也可缓解农村社区水资源管理中的各利益主体之间的矛盾,平衡农村社区经济发展与资源利用之间的利害关系,更好地促进农村社区的自然资源可持续利用。

摘  要：
To build a better model for the water resource management, the rural community-based natural resource management(CBNRM) was applied in the water resources management on the rising issue about the management in rural community mainly consisted of Karst.The model was expected to improve the status quo which the community residents using of water resources beyond its normal biological capacity threshold and unreasonable use-pattern,relieve the contradiction amongst each stakeholder in rural community water resources management, balance the economic development of rural community against the resource utilization and promote the sustainable utilization of natural resources of rural community.
