摘  要:
文章主要介绍了机器视觉技术在稻米外观品质(爆腰、垩白、留胚率和颜色)检测,以及稻米的碾磨精度、破损率、异形米和直链淀粉检测中的应用。针对现阶段机器视觉技术在稻米检测中的不足,对其进一步的应用提出展望。

摘  要:
The paper introduced the application of machine vision technology to detect the rice appearance qualities in terms of fissure,chalkiness,plumule ratio and color,and the rice milling quality,including degree,damage ratio and off-type,amylose.The new application prospects were developed to modify the disadvantage of machine vision technology in the detection of rice quality.
