武威市绿洲区耕地集约利用综合评估

摘要：

在压力—状态—响应评价模型基础上构建由3个子系统,24个指标组成的耕地集约利用评价综合指标体系,同时引入协调度模型及波尔模型建立了耕地集约利用综合评价模型。在此基础上,以2000—2009年甘肃省武威市耕地为例作了综合评价。评价结果显示,由于武威市耕地集约利用内部协调度比较低,耕地集约利用仍处于较低水平。因此,必须通过提高人对耕地集约利用的认识,适当增加对耕地的投入来协调其耕地集约利用的内部矛盾,以提高耕地集约利用水平。

摘要：

This paper established a comprehensive assessment index system that consists of three sub-systems and 24 indicators based on the pressures—state—responses assessment model.At the same time,coordination model and Bohr model are introduced for the comprehensive assessment model.A comprehensive assessment of cultivated land is then made by taking cultivated land in Wuwei City of Gansu Province from 2000 to 2009 as an example.Results from the assessment show that due to a relatively low internal coordination degree,the intensive use of cultivated land in the city is still at a low level.Therefore,Wuwei City must coordinate the internal contradictions of cultivated land intensive use by appropriately increasing the investment in cultivated land and improving people′s cognition on the intensive use of cultivated land,so as to raise the intensive use level of cultivated land.
