醉马草对几种牧草化感作用的研究

摘  要:
【目的】明确醉马草(Achnatherum inebrians)对无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)、红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)3种优良牧草的化感作用。【方法】应用培养皿滤纸法,研究结实期醉马草根、茎、叶水浸液0.2、0.1、0.05和0.025 g/m L 4个浓度,对3种牧草种子萌发的影响。【结果】化感作用对3种牧草种子萌发的抑制性为无芒雀麦>紫花苜蓿>红豆草;醉马草不同部位水浸液的抑制效应表现为叶>茎>根。【结论】醉马草根、茎、叶浸液对无芒雀麦起着抑制作用,而根的水浸液对红豆草和紫花苜蓿种子萌发起到一定的促进作用,茎和叶还是起到抑制作用。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to clarify allelopathy of Achnatherum inebrians to three kinds of quality forage,Bromus inermis,Onobrychis viciaefolia and Medicago sativa. 【Method】Petri dishes filter paper method was used to study the fructicative period A. inebrians root,stem,leaf aqueous extracts under the 0. 2,0. 1,0. 05 and 0. 025 g / m L 4 concentrations of 3 kinds of forage seed effect of germination.【Result】The results showed that allelopathic on germination rejection capability of 3 kinds of forage seed was B. inermis > M. sativa > O. viciaefolia; the aqueous extracts from different parts of A. inebrians inhibitory effect of performance was leaf >stem > root. 【Conclusion】The allelopathic effect of aqueous extracts of A. inebriansroot,leaf,stem had inhibitory effect on the B. inermis,but the root effect of aqueous extracts did not show on O. viciaefolia and M. sativa,but the leaf,stem aqueous extracts had inhibitory effect.
