喀斯特丘陵山区耕作层剥离再利用探析

摘  要:
耕作层是农业生产最宝贵的资源,实施耕作层剥离再利用对提高区域耕地质量、保障耕地资源安全有很重要的作用;喀斯特作为我国特殊地貌区,其耕地资源的宝贵程度更加明显。耕作层剥离再利用工程包括剥离、储存、利用3个步骤,喀斯特地区耕作层剥离再利用包括重大工程占用土地耕作层剥离再利用、城镇建设占用土地耕作层剥离再利用、其他非农建设占用土地耕作层剥离再利用3种类型。耕作层剥离再利用可结合具体的工程比如土地整治实施,也可单独进行石漠化、荒漠化治理;其具体的工程措施可根据实际选取,如修建的石坎是条石坎还是块石坎等,且可配套道路、排灌等设施以达到完善农业基础设施的目的。大范围的耕作层剥离再利用工程将会是今后国土工作的重点之一。

摘  要:
Farmland layer is the most precious resource of agricultural production,and implementation of the farmland stripping reuse is very important to improve the quality of the regional cultivated land and safeguard regional cultivated land resource security. As a special landscape area,the regional resource precious degree is more obvious. The engineering of farmland stripping reuse including stripping,storage and use,and the farmland stripping reuse in Karst area include three types that major engineering magnetism stripping which occupied land,urban construction land magnetism stripping reuse,other non-agricultural construction land magnetism stripping reuse. The reuse could combine with specific engineering such as land regulation,also be used independently rocky desertification and desertification control. Its specific engineering measures according to actual selection,such as construction of cross wall is a cross wall or piece of cross wall,etc.,and can form a complete set of road,irrigation and drainage facilities in order to perfect the agricultural infrastructure. A wide range of soil magnetism stripping reuse project in the future will be one of the highlights of the work.
