地铁施工围挡区路段行车风险评价

摘  要:
针对地铁施工围挡占道影响相应路段行车风险的问题,运用基于单车风险的路段行车风险评价方法,引入等效最小安全距离(MSDE)和平均每车潜在事故风险值(FX)的概念,并以此为基础构建地铁施工围挡区路段行车风险评价模型。以哈尔滨地铁3号线征仪路车站施工工程为例,通过对施工围挡区路段道路与交通状况的调查,利用VISSIM交通仿真软件模拟该路段的交通流状况,并以仿真输出的数据计算各道路断面的FX值,进而判断各断面的行车风险情况。研究结果表明,该路段主要存在两处高行车风险区域,风险主要表现为跟驰行驶风险和换道行驶风险。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem of occupancy road of metro construction fences affecting driving risk of corresponding road, the concept of minimum safety distance of equivalent(MSDE) and average accident risk per vehicle(FX) is introduced by using the risk assessment method of road driving risk based on single vehicle risk. Based on this, the driving risk assessment model for the road in fenced zone of metro construction is constructed. Taking the construction of the station of Zhengyi Road of Harbin Metro Line 3 as an example, the traffic flow conditions of the road are simulated by VISSIM traffic simulation software based on the investigation of the road and traffic conditions in the road surrounding the fenced zone, and the simulation output data to calculate the various sections of the road FX value, and then determine the various sections of the traffic risk situation. The results show that there are mainly two high-risk areas in the road, and the risks are mainly car-following driving risk and lane changing driving risk.
